The Graduate Training Programme gives the successful candidates a fantastic opportunity to learn every aspect of the business.

There will be extensive training in all areas and the Graduate Management Trainees will spend time in our depots as well as out on the road, shadowing a Depot Managers and deputising in their absence, spending time in field sales, the drawing office, the factory and estimating departments as well as various others.

-Who Are We Looking For?-

We are looking for graduates with confidence and drive as well as the motivation to succeed. You will have fantastic verbal and written communication skills as well as good commercial acumen.

The successful graduates will have complete geographical flexibility for both the entirety of the Programme and following completion as they could be permanently placed at any of our depots across the UK.

The minimum requirements would be a 2:2 in a construction or business related degree along with some relevant work experience. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills. The successful candidates will need a willingness to learn new skills and have the hunger and determination to develop a career at management level within a thriving and successful company.

A full UK Driving License will be required as regular travel will be involved.
