Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
Project Manager – South East/London area
£40000-£50000 + Benefits inc Car Allowance/Car
HVAC Consultancy who specialise in the delivery of projects across the South East / London area covering AC and Ventilation based work are looking for a Project Manager who ideally has come from the tools and has in recent years moved into a project manager role running projects, getting involved in business development and quoting for new contracts for growth.
Key duties of the Project Manager role will include:
Generating quotes for customers (new and existing) across the Education, NHS, Commercial and large Domestic sector.
Working closely with the Design and Contract team formulating project plans from the pre-contract stage and then helping to deliver the solution.
Helping to manage the client relationship, identifying and resolving all issues and ensuring the high standards on project delivery are met.
Working effectively when if the office, site or from home.
Ensuring a full understanding of Building Legislation, HVAC Regulations and Health & Safety at Work Act
It is expected the successful Project Manager will have the following background
A minimum of 5 years’ experience from the HVAC Services market with a particular interest in Air Conditioning knowledge.
Previous ‘On the Tools’ experience demonstrating a high level of project delivery
To hold a range of industry recognised qualifications covering HVAC.
