SEO Journey Activation Manager

Creating and owning (from concept to delivery) acquisition, growth and retention marketing plans using “always-on” integrated marketing techniques which will drive our targets for Customer Savings
Using research, insight and previous learnings to drive the plans and help make sure we keep our customers in the driving seat of how we engage with them
Optimising plans and budgets to deliver KPIs and achieve improvements in marketing responsiveness
PPC, SEO, Digital Marketing, SEO MANAGER, Edinburgh

Always keeping an eyes on analytics and advise on areas of optimisation whether it¿s on-site, around our marketing channels or our messaging
Working collaboratively with other business areas (e.g. Content, Brand & PR, Customer Solutions, Data, Planning, Finance, Customer Ops) and external agencies to support the delivery of the customer activation plan and to gauge and report on the effectiveness of all activation activity so we can optimise live communications
Making sure our communications are compliant and meet TCF principles (Treating Customers Fairly)
Contributing to our continuous “test and learn” programme to drive journey metrics and lower costs per acquisition through improving both what and how we deliver our activation plans
Embedding predictive modelling and using this to help ensure the plan reaches the ¿right¿ types of customer either reactively, proactively or through a mixture of both
Staying informed about and supportive of key projects which support the overall Customer Savings plan

Ideally has 2-3 years marketing experience working with marketing practices and measures
Excellent creative (written, visual and verbal) communication skills, knows “what good looks like” when it comes to engaging customers
Brilliant at working across teams
Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills
Data-minded with knowledge of web analytics and reporting
Proven experience in SEO, PPC, Affiate marketing, emails, direct marketing
