Salary: £26,000 per year
Job Requirements
* To lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure they’re giving the best customer service experience possible
* Helping the Business Development Team to develop and build relationships with our current customer base
* Understanding the organisation’s products thoroughly to ensure they can support the team on escalated customer issues that the team are unable to resolve
* Managing and reporting the efforts and successes of the customer service department
* Identifying ways of improving performance and efficiencies in the business processes based on metrics and customer feedback
* Providing insights from customer data to the sales department in an effort to continue to maintain and expand the already excellent long-term customer client base
* Building of interdepartmental relationships in order to gain the information required in order to update customers on the status of their orders/ partsYou will be given certain key accounts to manage order progression through production/ despatch to ensure timely delivery. This will involve updating customers via their order books on the status
* of their parts. You will also be required to oversee the team on their accounts to ensure complete
* customer satisfaction
* Understanding all responsibilities of the team and knowing how to carry out their roles;
* Order contract review/ processing of orders into in house SAP system/ acknowledging orders/
* accessing customer portals/ management of internal delayed file/ customer order books/MOPs/ general office duties
Job Skills
* Customer Service experience is advantages but must have worked in an office environment
* The individual must be able to work on their own and as part of a team
* Maths and English to GCSE level C standards.
* Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products is required
* Must be an effective communicator, being able to communicate at all levels, internally and externally
* Able to work under tight timescales and be results-driven
* Experience Knowledge of SAP would be preferred but not essential
* Basic Microsoft presentation skills
* Good organisational and communication skills
