Entry Level Recruiters

Due to continued growth Taskmaster are currently recruiting for an additional 3 entry level recruiters.
The main duties at entry level are to source, interview, background check and then match suitable candidates to vacancies.
The job of a recruiter is demanding, fast paced and rewarding.
The job will not suit anyone who is looking to work 9-5.

Ideal Candidate

Be a high performer with bags of energy.
Have great customer care skills.
Able to communicate effectively. (written and oral).
Organised.
Excellent time management skills.
Work well as part of a team.
Computer literate and good typing skills.
Great accuracy and attention to detail skills.
Ability to use your own initiative, however know when matters need to be referred.
Willing to go the extra mile.
