Earning potential – Graduates earn excellent commission on our graduate training scheme at Enterprise Recruitment. Every time you place a candidate into a job you will earn commission. This is on top of your £26,000graduate base salary. Commission ranges from 5-30%. For example, if you bill £20k in any one month (typically 3-4 placements) you will receive £4000 in commission the following month.

Career path – starting as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, successful Graduates can expect to become a Recruitment Consultant, then Senior Recruitment Consultant, Team Leader, and Manager. We have a preference to promote from within, with a number of our Managers/Team Leaders joining us as Trainee Recruiters.

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is one of the UK’s leading technical recruitment agencies, and we are hiring graduates for the following teams in our Berkhamsted office: Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing. All of the job vacancies we work on for our clients are very technical, but our staff have a complete mixture of backgrounds. Whilst we have staff who are technical and who have worked or studied within engineering & electronics, we DO employ people may have no background or knowledge in engineering whatsoever.

The personality traits we look for in graduate trainees include natural self-starters who are success-driven and money-motivated. We need graduates who are proactive, confident, self-motivated and organised. This role is not to be confused with an HR role – this is a sales position where you are financially rewarded for the candidate placements you make. In your first year you`ll likely make £25K – £30K, after that, it’s up to you, but the successful ones will make £50K, and more.

Salary & Benefits: £26,000 + commission + bonuses + benefits. Commission is uncapped and starts from day one. Our commission scheme is extremely attractive and rewards your hard work.
