Deputy Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year

My client is a well-established Supported Living home based in Staffordshire with a great reputation for the support and nursing care they give. This particular position is in a well run adults residential home in Stafford. Specialising in accommodating people 18 years or older with learning difficulties and people who are 17 years old going through a transition from Children’s Services.

They are recruiting for a Deputy Manager, you will be:-

* Working at their Residential Service in Staffordshire.

* Providing emotional and functional nursing care and support to residents and staff.

* Supporting the Registered Manager

* Working 40 hours a week.

Skills / Background Needed

* Be living within travelling distance to Stafford in Staffordshire.

* Great level of care track record needed and experience managing a team

* Experience of working within a home of similar residents and similar size.

* Previous experience as a deputy manager
