Teaching Assistant

Salary: £26,000 – £26,520 per year

One of our Outstanding schools who are highly successful and friendly are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant on a long term basis till July 2022

The successful Teaching Assistant will be working with a friendly team of Teaching Staff who are all motivated and gifted Educators.

The Teaching Assistant role will be working with 1 student in Year 7 to support and assist them during lessons. There is no complex needs or behaviour to manage with the student just keeping him to task with the lessons.

You will have the ability and skills to keep the pupils motivated and focused on the lessons and classroom environment.

You will know when to support and when to give leverage for them to develop and try to work on their own initiative.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

* Previous experience working as a TA coupled with qualifications

* Ability to create an interesting and positive learning environment

* Confident in their abilities to keep the student focused and supported

* Passion for working with pupils

* Enthusiastic to get the best our of each student

The ideal TA will be available as soon as possible and be available till July 2022 and onto next academic year
