Our Client:
Our client is completing targeted care with older people in their own homes where a Telecare service has been implemented.

The Role:
Currently they are looking to recruit a Careline Officer who will be responsible for responding to Careline calls from service users who have the Telecare services. You will also need to be proactive in calling the residents. You will be required to respond by driving to visit the service user when called upon working on a shift basis.

You will:
* Hold a valid CRB (Conducted in the last 12 months)
* At least 2 years care experience.
* Hold a valid, clean UK Driving Lisence.
* Have an excellent phone manner
* Be able to work 12 hour shift patterns
