Insurance Advisor

Salary: £26,000 – £72,000 per year

We have an exciting opportunity as an Insurance Advisor, for someone looking to continue their Insurance career.

The Role

We are looking for someone who has experience of working to targets, likes to provide excellent Customer Service and ensures that all calls and emails are dealt with in a professional and supportive manner.

Daily Duties

Answering Customer Insurance Policy Queries including Renewal, Mid-Term Adjustment, No Claims Discount, Cancellation and Direct Debit queries, in accordance with Client and WNS agreed procedure
Recording all telephone calls on correlating system
Responding to customer queries via email
Ensuring correct prioritisation of workload and time management schedules are adhered to
Ensuring all call backs promised are made within agreed timescales
Identification and resolution of potential fraud, repudiation and voidance
Complaint handling within agreed company procedures
Keeping the Customer and Client informed both verbally and in writingRequirements

22 days holiday per annum (Pro rata) rising by 1 day each year after 2 years’ service to a max of 30days (Pro rata)
