Production Operative

Salary: £15.12 per hour

Stafforce are recruiting on behalf of one of our established manufacturing clients they are looking for Manufacturing Operatives to join their team on a temporary basis.

Location:Kettering

Type:Temporary

Hours of work (shift pattern):Monday To Friday 3 Shift Rotation, Days 06:00am – 02:00pm, Nights 10pm – 06:00am, Afters 2pm – 10pm.

Pay rate:£15.12 per hour

Duties for this role include:

• Responsible for the operation of machinery to ensure efficiencies are maximised and downtime is minimised.

• Achieve set productivity and performance targets ensuring consistent quality standards are met.

• Ensure that maintenance and cleaning tasks are carried out correctly and in line with the planned maintenance schedule. Support and assist with improvement initiatives.

• Loading and unloading products from the production line when required.

• Adhering to Health and Safety procedures

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• The ability to work under pressure

• The ability to prioritise work loads

• Effective communication

• Previous experience of Machine operation or running a production line.

• Competency in Quality Standards & reporting procedures.

• Keen eye for detail or methodical approach to any problems that may be encountered.
