We are working with clients across Yorkshire in locations such as Barnsley, Wakefield, Leeds, Selby, York and Bradford. Our clients are looking to recruit experienced Conveyancers into their successful teams on a permanent basis with added flexibility with working from the office and working from home. The clients we are working with vary in size in terms of firm size and team size, but all have fantastic values.

As an experienced Conveyancer you will have and possess:

• A good understanding of the end to end conveyancing process and strong experience managing caseloads including buying, selling, mortgages, transfer of equity, transfers, and other elements of the conveyancing process
• Managing caseloads from concept to completion
• Assist or manage the efficient transfer of monies between relevant parties.
• Maintain strong lines of communication with all relevant parties including, clients, financial parties, estate agents to ensure a smooth process
• Conduct or assist with searches and relevant checks
• Draft contracts, transfers, statements, and bills.
• Uphold the business reputation and encourage growth by recommending additional services/departments to clients

Experience:

• Demonstratable Fee Earning experience as a residential conveyancer
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a residential fee earner
• Caseload Management from concept to completion
• Strong residential conveyancing experience
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time management skills
