Cross Border and Ecommerce Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 per year

Vanta Staffing is recruiting a Cross Border and eCommerce Coordinator.

Working as a Cross Border and e Commerce Coordinator you will be under the direction of the Cross Border Manager supporting the team on coordination and communication of shipments.

What responsabilities will you have as a Coordinator:

• Co-ordination of trailers into Rotterdam warehouse
• Sending paperwork to warehouse
• Tracking of vehicles from arrival port into warehouse
• Communicating with warehouse and Rotterdam cross border team
• Notification to customs team or WDS to arrive entries
• Assist in creating CMR paperwork
• Assist in creating invoicing and other admin tasks
• Assist in monitoring the close off of T1’s
• Flexibility as you will have to work a weekend a month

What we want from the potential Cross Border and eCommerce Coordinator:

• Accurate and focused worker
• PC literate (email, excel word etc)
• Must be well organized and work towards tight deadlines
• Some experience in roadfreight would be good
• Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment as a team player
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and work across countries and disciplines
• Strong Communicator, Coordinator and Administrator
• Must be able to work independently
