IT Entry Level Role – 1st Line (German Speaking)

Customer Service Web Support / IT Support (European Bi-Lingual) Croydon

Our client is now looking for German, French, Italian, Swedish, Dutch, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian speaking candidates to join their multilingual helpdesk team.

Location: Croydon, Surrey – Walking distance of East Croydon Train Station (Commutable from Sutton, Bromley, Mitcham, Thornton Heath, South London and surrounding area`s)

Salary: £26,160 – £27,360(Depending on number of additional languages)

Shift Pattern: 8 hours per day. Normally between the hours of 6.00 am – 7.00pm Monday – Friday

You will work as part of a dynamic multilingual helpdesk team which provide top-level support & customer service to their customers. You will take full ownership of issues, from troubleshooting to resolution. Issues could involve; diagnosing and troubleshooting web browser, firewall, proxy server issues or other general internet issues; audio issues etc.

This role is prefect if you have previous customer service experience and are looking for your first role in an IT Helpdesk environement.

When you join you will spend your first 2 weeks in training, and at the end of it you will be a support guru, so don`t worry about having experience in a similar environment. As training will last for 2 weeks initially, it is requested that during this time and in order to aid your development that minimum time off is taken during this period.
