Salary: £26,000 – £30,322.5 per year
Nights Production Operative; Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire; £26,000 – £30,322.5 per year plus Paid Breaks, Company Profit Related Bonus Scheme and Enhanced Overtime Premiums
4 Nights working week – Monday night to Friday morning
One of the leading UK manufacturers of Windows and Doors is now recruiting new colleagues to join their 150 strong team. Their order books are full and they anticipate the market for windows and doors is set to continue to be strong for many years to come.
The main responsibilities of the vacancies are:
* Setting and operating a range of CNC controlled machinery to perform automated fabrication tasks
* Working to tight tolerances and high-quality standards on UPVC & Aluminium products often to bespoke measurements and instructions
* Fitting and assembly duties using a range of hand and power tools
* Load, unload, store and package materials as needed
* To maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Quality inspection
* To interact effectively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the Factory.
Experience of using power tools, machinery and handheld tools is desirable although not essential as full training will be given. The ideal candidate will have the desire to produce a quality product in a team orientated environment.
