Probation Officer Seconded to Yot

Our client are looking for a Probation Officer to join a team Seconded to YOT in London. The role is full time and for a duration of 6months.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing their own caseload, undertaking the full range of offender management tasks with offenders under supervision. You will be required to write reports as necessary, and may be required to advise in courts on sentencing. You will work in partnership with other agencies in order to enhance positive outcomes with service users and reduce re-offending.

To be successful in your application, it is essential that applicants hole a Diploma in Probation Studies or a Degree in Social Work and have at least 6 months’ experience working in Offender Management. Experience working in YOT is desired, but not essential.
