Registered Nurse (Days and Nights)
Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Up to £25.2 per hour
My client is a privately owned group who have a beautiful care home rated as ‘good’ in the Sleaford area.
They are currently looking for Qualified Nurses to assist the Home Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home on a 24 hour basis. This will including ensuring all aspects of the home meet the highest Care Standards as defined by CQC, the local CCG and the Local Authority as well as all legislative requirements.
For this post you must have:
* Registration as a qualified Nurse
* Experience of caring for older people
* Awareness of the principles of Person Centred Care Planning
* Leadership and interpersonal skills
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car as this post is in a remote setting
