Job Title: CTO/Technical Architect
Commutable: Bury St Edmunds, Diss, Colchester, Ipswich, Stowmarket, and Sudbury

Cutting Edge Telecommunication business are looking to appoint a CTO to head up their office in Suffolk. Established for over 15 years, they are a market leader in their technologies.
As the CTO, you will be expected to work with the Board of Directors in driving the business forward, expanding and developing new and dynamic ideas to push the business further in the telecommunications field. Offering new ideas and continuing to deliver first quality service and solutions to current and new clients. Working closely with customers and senior staff to pioneer philosophies and resolutions to accelerate the company further ahead in the industry
Your responsibilities:
* Technical Architecture and Strategy
* Maintain a stable platform
* Manage the Network Engineers and Development team
* Manage and developer new products life cycle
* Manage the development of bespoke customer applications
* Liaise with key suppliers on implementation and escalated support issues
* Lead ISO audits
* Work with the MD and Sales and Customer Services Manager to deliver an architecture compatible with the business direction of the company
* Responsible with the MD for technology decision on hardware and software platforms
Additional Desired Skiils:
* Previous experience as Technical Architect or similar
* Ideally knowledge of telecoms industry
* Cloud technology
* Understanding of development technologies, software and hardware
* SIP/P2P/SDLC
* Experienced in managing change
