Salary: £19.2 per hour
My client is searching for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to start immediately and you will be working on a static site based in the city.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with the temporary paying up to £19.2 ph and permanent paying up to £34000
Duties:
1.Able to demonstrate a proven track record with (post apprenticeship) experience of planned maintenance in a highly regulated environment.
2. Isolates defective equipment from power supply, checks visually for faults, tests electrical parts for faults, isolates the problem areas and take corrective action to repair the problem.
3. Conducts preventative maintenance on machines and equipment by checking for smooth operation of the same and replacing worn and defective parts.
4. PPM, Reactive Maintenance, Lighting & emergency lighting etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualified to City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ & C&G 2382 -10 17th Edition.
Experience of Electrical Maintenance (PPM & Reactive maintenance).
Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a Client/team member facing role.
