Night Shift Setter / Technician (Plastic Injection Moulding)

Plastic Injection Moulding Technician required by this high specialised manufacturing company. Producing technical products and components the mould shop consists of wide ranging moulding machinery fitted with fully automated robots.

Working a permanent night shift Monday to Friday 8:00pm-6:00am a 50 hour week.

Duties include
• Tool changing, troubleshooting, moulding process optimisation
• Responsible for process control and improvements
• Set up of ancillary equipment-dryers, granulators etc
Machine preventative maintenance
• Mould Tool preventative maintenance
• Evaluation and implementation of new mould tools
