Our Client is a national building services company with a comprehensive expertise in all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services and Facilities Management
They are looking for a Building Maintenance Assistant to work on a mobile basis covering commercial contracts around Newport. You will be responsible for carrying out general building maintenance repairs, including cleaning out filters, replacement lamps, taking meter readings. Candidates will ideally come from a building maintenance background and be part qualified. You will be working as part of a team with an existing member of staff.
