Regional Sales Manager (Se England)

Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year

Location: South East England

Salary: £66,000 – £72,000, OTE £70-80K plus executive car

Job Details: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER Our Client, a leading UK specialist Health Plan provider, is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to cover the SE England Region. Reporting to the Head of Sales the successful candidate will lead a team of 7 field-based Business Development Consultants, covering East/South-East England from Peterborough to Brighton, with a focus on achieving net growth to the team’s portfolio and helping to exceed sales targets through excellent management, development and leadership skills. You will be a key member of the sales leadership team and critical to ensuring the team achieve business growth objectives.

Key Skills:

* You’ll need to be an articulate, enthusiastic and growth driven sales person with a proven track record in sales management.

* You’ll be a proven sales coach and strong people manager, adept at developing others to achieve their potential and be able to build a great team

* Must have experience managing a field-based sales team

* Adaptable style preferably with multi-sector experience,

* Experience of direct and channel sales experience would be desirable

* Hands-on, capable of driving a team to achieve growth but at the same time encouraging a consultative, compliant approach.

* Must live on territory
