Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

We are currently looking for a Research Scientist to join a global, innovative, medical device and product organisation. The successful Research Scientist will join a well-established R&D team, where they will perform a range of physical testing on a range of new and existing medical devices and products to support the ongoing development of new and existing product lines.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Design, plan, and execute, physical testing in support of R&D activities.
• Gradually become involved in the development and validation of new procedures and methods, as well as laboratory investigations.

The successful Research Assistant will be educated to at least a degree level (or equivalent/equivalent experience) and will preferably have some laboratory experience in any setting. They will also be able to work well within a team and have a keen eye for detail.
