Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse / RGN

Optima Plus Recruitment are supporting a highly regarded nursing/care home in the area with the recruitment of a Registered Nurse/ RGN. This opportunity requires a qualified nurse with a valid NMC PIN who are looking to take that next step in their career, working within a well-established nursing/care home.

Duties include but not limited to:
-General registered nurse duties
-Overall well-being each of the residents
-Supervising and training of team members
-Maintain communication with all resident support services and families
-Administering and documenting medication to residents within Assisted Living Pre-admission assessments
-Maintain quality assurance and regulatory compliance whilst delivering services becoming knowledgeable in policies, procedures and CQC compliance
-Order and monitor medications for residents within Assisted Living
-Where necessary refer residents and liaise with external Health Care Professionals
