Salary: £52,800 per year
e are curently recruiting for a Registered Manager for a brand new children’s residential home in Wolverhampton
* Salary: Up to £52,800plus various bonuses to be discussed on application,
* Must have 4+ years experience within the children’s residential home sector with proven management skills
* Must hold or be willing to work towards QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
The home is a newly registered 4 bed LD home based in Wolverhampton.
The aim is to provide outstanding support to some of the most difficult challenges involving children and young people, ensuring that every child and young person is placed in an environment that suits their individual care and educational needs.
My client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to form a strong team of dedicated professionals. Someone who will lead their homes and their teams through best practice, coaching and 1:1 support, achieving the very best outcomes for our children and young people.
