Reporting To: Operations Manager
Location: Bournemouth, Dorset.
Hours: 37.5 hour week Mon-Fri
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + Bonus Opportunities
JOB PURPOSE:
Our client is a dynamic and modern insurance firm based in central Bournemouth delivering market leading products in association with award winning insurers.
They are currently looking for motivated, career minded individuals to join their energetic and vibrant team and share their vision of becoming the best home insurance provider in the UK.
The business is undergoing a period of exponential growth and as a result can now offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to further their career with genuine progression opportunities.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the firms marketing strategy and will work closely with other departments such as sales and web development to ensure marketing objectives are achieved within budget. This is a very diverse role suited well to those who are creative and determined to succeed.
KEY DUTIES:
* Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the growth and brand development across all platforms.
* Work with other businesses to create affinity partnerships
* Competitor analysis
* Refine existing campaigns
* Digital marketing (responsible for social media presence, blog & content writing, web analytics management and ecommerce)
* Develop and manage new multi-channel marketing projects and promotional activities including print, electronic and direct mail outlets.
* Branding (both customer facing and internal)
* Design promotional material
* Continually evaluating the performance of marketing activities to ensure they remain effective
* Preparing marketing activity reports
COMPETENCIES:
* Excellent design skills
* Confident and commercially driven
* Excellent project management skills
* Innovative
* Previous experience in financial services advantageous
* Understanding e-commerce campaigns, PPC & Adwords.
* Problem solving skills
* Creative flair and graphics skills.
