Buyer – Engineering / Sheet metal – West Yorkshire (M1 Junc 39) – rates to £15.6 ph ( 40 hour week) plus overtime at £22.50ph (£27,000 basic, £35,000 with overtime)

My client requires a Buyer / Purchaser from an Engineering background, preferably sheet metal who can read engineering drawings and can use MS Office (Word, basic Excel). You will be required to purchase sheet metal and related consumables, document and tracing the products from origin to destination ensuring they have full material certifications (mild and stainless steel).

Full training will be given on this role but it would ideally suit a welder fabricator who has worked on the tools and is looking to move into an office environment (easier life!)
