Agricultural Service Engineer / Technician

Location: Lutterworth

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000+ Van + Fuel Card

Overtime: Available

Shift: Mon – Fri – Day Shift

My client, a well established Agricultural and Plant organisation, is looking for a Mobile Agricultural Engineer / Technician working a day shift and covering the Lutterworth area.

The Mobile Agricultural Engineer / Technician will be experienced with agricultural machinery, will have served an engineering apprenticeship and, ideally, have recent experience of the agricultural industry – although full training will be given to applicants who can demonstrate the necessary skills and experience.

The main duties of the Mobile Agricultural Engineer / Technician will comprise, but not be limited to:
Inspection of new and used agricultural equipment
Carrying out routine service on agricultural equipment
Diagnostics and Repair of agricultural equipment

The successful Mobile Agricultural Engineer/ Technician will have;

A recognised apprenticeship in land based engineering/ Plant NVQ level
Relevant recent experience in a similar role within the agricultural industry.
