UX / User Experience Analyst
Location – Gloucester
Salary – circa £36,000depending on experience + excellent working environment and benefits. Work from home options available.
Elephant Stone Recruitment are delighted to be able to offer this exciting UX Analyst role with our client a growing and forward thinking Ecommerce business based in Gloucester.
The UX Analyst will work with the digital design and development teams to ensure customers website experience is optimised through planning, wireframing and testing.
Key responsibilities of the UX Analyst include:
* Through working closely with analytics and trading teams you will identify areas for improvement in the user experience
* Research and generate hypotheses on improvements or fixes
* Create briefs, wireframes and concepts for improvements ensuring the design and development teams have clear direction
* Design, develop and validate experiments within the testing software.
* Follow up analysis and provide recommendations on future iterations
* Support Ecommerce Trading Manager with wireframe design and alternative approaches to solve user problems.
The UX Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
* Curiosity to identify where approaches have gone wrong
* Degree educated in relevant discipline or equivalent
* Previous experience of working in a digital environment, within Ecommerce will be an advantage
* Strong knowledge of UX
* Able to analyse data and make recommendations
* Any experience with the following will be an advantage: Google Analytics, visual Website Optimiser, Hotjar, Excel, Baymard Institute Subscription (and certification), Microsoft Power BI, Customer database querying via SQL
