Search Consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced nursing home manager on behalf of a private nursing home based in North Liverpool.
The home is part of a small health care company based in Liverpool, they have a total of three nursing homes within the group and they care for residents with dementia, old age and physical disabilities.
Our client is looking for a qualified and experienced RGN or RMN to act as the home manager, you will be responsible for running the home and overseeing all staff members and residents. As part of the leadership team you will be responsible for ensuring the whole facility operates effectively and of course ensuring you deliver the very best quality care.
You will be required to work 40 hours per year from Monday to Friday with some on call duties. The salary is negotiable but a minimum of £48,000per annum plus company benefits.
