Stocktaking Team Supervisor / Manager

25hrs per week Guaranteed (Could be up to 40 on occassion)

£26,000 – £30,420 per year

Our clientis one of the world’s leading stocktaking companies and conducts inventories throughout the UK & Europe for numerous retailers including food based, hardware and clothing. With a very strong branded proposition they are continuing to grow and develop their market share, through delivering exceptional results and service for their clients.

Due to their continued success and business growth we have an opportunity for a Stocktaking Team Supervisor to join the team working across Stevenage..

As a Stocktaking Team Supervisor for Stevenage you will need to have a clear focus on sales, KPI’s & performance management. You will be a results driven manager and be capable of coaching and developing your team utilising superb communication and people management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– To lead teams in the achievement of all inventory related targets.

– To work with the Area Manager developing the skills and competencies of individuals within the dedicated teams.

– To manage any performance concerns or potential disciplinary offences timely and in line with company policy

– To ensure the proper custodianship of all inventory equipment (including vehicles and non inventory related equipment)

– To assist and lead teams in the achievement of all inventory related targets.

– To ensure the safety of yourself and all team personnel at all times.

– To assist in the recruitment, onboarding and development of crew members as directed by the Area Manager.

– To assist in all relevant tasks as delegated, including planning, logistics and performance management.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:

– Current UK driving license (maximum 3 pts)

– Strong communication skills,

– Professional approach

– Good level of planning and organization

– Customer focused.
