They are looking for a Head Chef to manage the whole kitchen operation from GP management to training and coaching the team. As Head Chef in one of their busy restaurants you will need to be organised and able to command the same from your team.

The successful Head Chef will have experience of a fresh food and quality environment, having managed a volume site would be beneficial. Leading by example you must inspire your senior chefs with your passion and dedication for driving the business forward and delivering fantastic dishes!
