My Client is a Law Firm with three UK offices, relatively young compared to the Sector average yet with an enviable reputation. You will be joining a fast paced, new age firm who really value their employees and actively recruits for ambitious, friendly people.
The company is has grown massively and with the team that they have, this shows no signs of slowing down.
Initially joining as Helpdesk Assistant, over time you will gain responsibility and opportunity to move into more senior positions managing and improving the IT environment with regards to system efficiency and IT security.
Experience And Skills
-12months+ Helpdesk experience
-Windows – Word, Outlook & Excel
-Troubleshooting
-Incident management
-Communication skills – verbal, written and face to face
-Customer service
-A driven problem solver
-Someone who can example an independent nature/the ability to proactively solve problems
