Contract Caretaker

Salary: £26,000 per year

Job Summary

Our client based in Epsom, are seeking Caretaker, on a 8 months fixed term contract. Your role will include, but won’t’ be limited to, ensuring the security of the premises, and maintaining and repairing facilities to ensure safety at all times and a smooth day to day running of the establishment.

Job Description

* Providing access to the grounds and building in the event of bad weather.

* Carry out visual checks of key equipment and grounds to ensure safety procedures are in place

* Notifying of any essential repairs or maintenance

* Ensuring all hard surfaces and pathways are free from litter and all drains and gullies are free flowing and clean

* Prevent trespass on the school premises or grounds and that unauthorised parking does not occur

* Carrying out reasonable instructions from your line manager

Benefits

* Hours will be 35 per week, working on a shift pattern between 7.00 am to 7.00 pm.

* Salary is up to £26,000
