Project Administrator

Salary: £26.4 per hour

JOB TITLE: Project Administrator, Document controller, construction Administrator, Operations Administrator (12 month fixed term contract)

COMMUTABLE FROM: Hull, Beverley, Bridlington, Selby, Market Weighton, Driffield, Howden, Willerby, Hessle, Brough, North Ferriby and Hedon

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

* £22 000 – £23 000

COMPANY INFORMATION: Our client is a market leader for design and build projects. They currently have a number of projects out to tender with a vast amount of projects they have won across the globe. Currently experiencing their best ever financial quarter they are looking to recruit in a number of key areas to grow and expand the business.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

* Excellent MS Office Skills

* Previous Experience working in the construction Industry

* Strong organisational skills

* NVQ Diploma in administration

ROLE INFORMATION: the successful candidate will be responsible to carry out administrative support to the head of operations and the projects team. The Ideal candidate will come from a Construction Background or construction related with strong administration skills.

You will be liaising with Project Managers on a daily basis to ensure projects material requirements are met, purchase orders are raised and the materials are delivered on time.

Other duties include updating spreadsheets, producing reports for Project and sales managers, work orders, sub-contractor work orders and occasionally meeting with suppliers.
