Permanent Production/Machining Operative job for a company based Ely

This vacancy is a great opportunity for a Production/Machining Operative to assist in the manufacturing of heavy laboratory equipment.

In addition to producing goods to a high standard, you will also be involved in identifying opportunities to improve process, product quality and production output.

Candidate requirements:

Previous experience in a metal fabrication manufacturing environment
Knowledge and experience of operating CNC machinery
Production experience
of working with hand, air and power tools
Mechanical Assembly experience (ideally)
Fanuc experience would be desirable
Reach or counterbalance forklift licence would also be desirable
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Ability to be flexible
