Peripatetic Nurse
Location: Leeds
Pay: £21.6 + mileage
Hours: Full time
As a Peripatetic Nurse you will travel across your region to deliver excellent clinical standards of care. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to make sure that on each shift, at every location, all the residents get the highest quality care. You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from making sure new residents are settling in, to helping advance your team members’ skills, and developing care plans that are tailored to the residents’ physical and mental needs. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you’ll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way – and be truly valued and respected for what you do.
Nurse Training / Induction and opportunities for development and progression: The company offers a structured and thorough induction programme, which will include various training courses and shadow shifts with an experienced member of the team. You will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the Care Home. There is also plenty of opportunities for extra training to develop and enhance your nursing skills.
