Our client is currently looking to recruit a Bilingual speaking Market Research Supervisor to join their team in their busy and vibrant call centre in Southwark.
The Role Includes:
* Working together with a team of supervisors to effectively manage a team of telephone interviewers to ensure targets & quality standards are achieved
* Communicating with the please apply all issues relating to the call centre
* Communicating with Project Managers on status of projects in field
* Motivating, guiding and assisting interviewing staff
* Assisting in staff recruitment and training as required
The Ideal Candidate Would Have:
* At least 2 years interviewing experience and a proven track record of decent productivity & quality.
* Bilingual English and German.
* Ideally some supervising experience.
* Reliable with good time-keeping.
* Flexible, including evenings and weekends
* Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
