Courtyard Care Ltd is an expanding and progressive company that provides intensive residential services to children & young people with complex medical and mental health needs (Res CAMHs) – we have our own in house psychologists who support the teams and young people placed with us.
We are looking to recruit Residential Team Leaders & Residential Support Workers. These posts are available at our location in Bolton – working with children and young people with Autism and Learning disabilities.

Post 1 – Residential Team Leader
Pay scale: £26,000 (based on 40 hrs per wk)
Experience in working with children & young people is essential for the Team Leader role. All applicants must have a relevant qualification (NVQ/Diploma L3 or equivalent) and at least 2 years relevant experience.
Post 2 – Residential Support Workers
Pay scale: £26,000 – £17,680 (based on 40 hrs per wk)
Experience working with children and holding a relevant qualification is desirable, candidates with a positive attitude and who show an understanding of autism and learning disabilities will be considered.
A current full driving licence is essential for this post.
