Junior Merchandiser

Winners Recruitment are now supporting a new client based near Newquay to recruit for an experienced Junior Merchandiser.

The role will involve assisting with all aspects of the merchandise function of the group to help develop and achieve strategic goals for the business.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Development and execution of strategic merchandising plans
• Work with Senior Merchandiser and the Product Team to develop seasonal and range
• Order Management
• Supplier Management
• of Merchandiser Administrators
• Help maximize teams’ performance through effective leadership, training, and support

Candidate Attributes:

• At least 5 years Merchandising experience
• Junior or Senior Merchandise experience
• Previous history of managing and developing teams
• Excellent attention to detail with confidence to question and challenge
• Commercially aware and understanding the market and industry
• Good Planning, organization and time management, able to regularly assess and re-prioritize workload
• Advanced Excel and reporting knowledge

Full Time Permanent role

Salary: up to £32K dependent on experience
