Package: £26,000 – £32,400 p/a Commison Paid on Targets
Overview
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for dealing with membership enquiries, communications, social and website development.
You will become the main point of contact for member and candidate enquiries. You will also be responsible for all marketing elements within the company which includes: social media posts, website posts, social designing and blogging (training will be provided).
Sales will form part of the position which also adds the opportunity to earn commision once targets have been exceeded.

* Effective communicator
* Confident and enjoy engaging in conversation
* Good customer service
* Desire to learn
* ‘Creative and artistic’ to create social media posts
* Marketing experience including creating editorial content would be preferential
* Judgement and organisational ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Knowledge of website management and software would be preferential
* Experience and knowledge of using social media for marketing
