Night Warehouse Operators

Based in Boston this company are one of Lincolnshire’s top 100 businesses and for good reason, they are progressive and above all else they value their customers.

These positions for night shift operators / stores person have arisen through internal promotion and increase in business.

There are 4 vacancies in total.

Working as a Store person on Nights, you will be joining an existing team of about 20 people who pick all the orders for delivery the next day.

Working in either a chilled, frozen or ambient environment you will be allocated an area for the shift and will go about picking either all the bulk products for that delivery or individual boxes of goods for each for each customer.

The right applicants for the position will be:

• Physically fit (this is a manual job)

• Have a flexible approach to hours (over time)

• Happy working in cold conditions

• Constantly looking for ways to improve the current systems

• A team player with a good sense of humour

• Clear written an verbal communication skills (maintain paperwork)

• Any eye for detail to ensure no pick errors

This is a permanent position working 4 days a week (no Saturdays).
1800hrs – 0400 although may be up to a 12 hour shifts in peak periods.
