Salary: £26,000 – £26,520 per year
Academics have seen an increase in the current demand for SEN staff within the Kings Heath area, as a result, we are currently recruiting for talented SEN teaching assistants around the West Midlands.
The role is based in SEN schools, supporting children who have physical disabilities alongside learning disabilities. Each SEN school accommodate for all needs such as, Autism, ADHA, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Communication problems, Complex social and emotional needs and mental health issues.
As an SEN assistant we require:
Experience within SEN environments
Experience with students with complex needs
Proactive
Resilient
Flexible and patient
Happy with personal care
Positive personality
Effectively communication skills
The right SEN candidate will be eligible for both short term and long term placements. The perfect candidate may also have the potential to become perm with your favourite school.
