Community Psychiatric Nurse / Crisis Team / Manchester / £22ph

Randstad Care are urgently looking to recruit a Locum Community Psychiatric Nurse for our Client based on a crisis team within Manchester. The position is full time and would require the successful; applicant to work varying shifts of days, nights and weekends. This is a contract role at a Band 6 level paying £26.4 /£24 per hour.

Our Client provides initial assessments and treatment plans for service users within crisis through their teams across the city.

The Candidate will work predominately with adults aged 18-65 year old service users suffering from mental health issues including schizophrenia and personality disorder. The role will involve carrying out initial assessments, treating service users within their own home, compiling care plans, carrying out assessments, administering depot treatments, observing for signs of improvement or deterioration and regularly liaising with a multi disciplinary team.

It is essential that all applicants have a valid NMC registration and a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
