Private Client Solicitor

Salary: £48,000 – £72,000 per year

We are urgently seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a successful team where you will have an interesting client base and be an integral part of the growth of the team.

You would be joining a Top 500 Law Firm and be part of a successful team in modern offices with flexible working with a good career path.

You will have 5 years plus post qualified experience and have warm and empathetic business approach and who is able to develop lasting client relationships.

In this role you will have a wide range of opportunity and variety as you will encompass the preparation of Wills, Estate and Succession Planning and Estate Administration.

You will bring to the team:

* 5 years PQE+

* Experience in dealing with: Wills, Probate matters, Inheritance tax issues, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and general elderly client issues.

* A technical competentence with a range of private client experience

* Excellent client care skills and ability to manage client expectations

* Experience and Ability to assist the development of the department

* And be a member of STEP or SFE (desirable, but this is not essential)
