Telephone Nurse Assessor – The Company:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Telephone Nurse Assessor with an active PIN, who will be working in an expanding office environment, collecting medical related information from customers over the telephone.

Nurse Assessor – The Role:
– To make pre-arranged calls to clients to collect medical histories (no cold calling, customers are given appointments and are expecting your call)
– To ensure that all information is recorded clearly and accurately
– To maintain client confidentiality at all times
– To conduct all communications in a professional manner
– To ensure that work is completed in agreed timescales
– To undertake other tasks as required by Manager

Telephone Nurse Assessor – The Candidate:
You will be RGN Qualified (RN1 / RNA) with good I.T. and communication skills both written and verbal. You will have a good knowledge of medications as well as a flexible and mature attitude towards work with an excellent telephone manner. You should be able to work using your own initiative as well as under pressure.

This is office based where you will be using your nursing skills and experience over the telephone, there will be no face to face contact with patients/customers.

Telephone Nurse Assessor – The Hours:
You will be working 37.5 hours per week which includes some shift work between 09:00 – 17:30 or 12:30 – 21:00 (10:30 – 19:00 Friday’s) and possible Saturdays – 09:00 – 16:00.
