Property Maintenance Scheduler

An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen with my client who is a leading building management company based in Birmingham.

The role of the Property Maintenance Scheduler will be to provide first class customer services and effective delivery of all day to day repair and planned servicing/maintenance contracts.

Key Duties:

• Efficiently handle all customer enquiries via telephone
• Updating and keeping tenants informed on progression of work i.e. maintenance.
• Prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines.
• Strong IT skills
• Liaising and maintaining good working relationships with maintenance contractors and tenants whilst keeping both parties informed

You will also have:

• Experience within a similar type role essential, ideally within housing maintenance with the desire to provide excellent customer service
• First class communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships

The successful candidate will be approachable and understand the need for excellent customer service.
