Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Our Client provides holidays across the u.k providing sports and leisure facilities.

· Due to expansion are looking for facility maintenance engineers

·

· The role will involve

· Complete, administer and update work as specified within the Company Helpdesk system.

· Electrical equipment maintenance.

· Maintenance checks such as Fire alarm, Emergency Lighting, Gas Detection, Fire extinguisher and Air conditioning.

· Building maintenance (ad-hoc repairs)

· Insurance inspections for lifting equipment, pressure vessels and boilers at both sites

· Deliver gas cylinders and administer stock levels.

· Assist with Health and Safety plans

· Conduct mechanical / electrical repairs and maintenance

Who we’re looking for

Candidates will need to be computer literate and have electro / mechanical competence ideally 17th edition electrical standard with a full clean driving license. The successful candidate will need to be able to work skillfully with both electrical and mechanical systems with a dependable and on time approach.

You will also need to be Corgi registered you would need to also be able to work with wide range of personnel across the sites and preferable experience of working within a building / facility environment. Our client is forward thinking and candidates must possess the interpersonal skills, intellectual agility, and personal credibility to succeed in such an organisation.
