Reporting to the Board, you will own the drive strategy and execution of the Marketing plans, leading and mentoring a small team of marketing professionals in order to drive new business growth.
This is a classic marketing manager role, incorporating analysis, decision-making, development of propositions and driving campaigns in harmony with an Award-winning brand.
As you drive results and grow this business, you will be able to negotiate greater responsibilities, with the potential to become Marketing Director.

You will have an ambitious Marketing manager with formal training and probably a relevant qualification. You will have drive, ambition and creativity, balanced with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
