Care Assistant

Pulse Community Healthcare are a leading provider of complex care, allowing our client’s to continue to live in their own home environment.

We are currently looking to add to our existing team of experienced Care Workers, to provide support to one of our clients in the Southampton area, who has complex care needs.

Our client requires a team of female care workers to assist weekend care. This could be a great opportunity for anyone who already has weekday commitments.

Your duties will include providing all elements of personal care whilst maintaining client dignity at all times, undertaking clinical tasks such as ventilator care. You will receive full training to assist in delivering any specialist care needs.

Our ideal candidate will need to:

• Have a minimum of six months paid UK care experience form within the last two years
• Be willing to undertake our mandatory and relevant specialist training
• Be person centered, with excellent communication skills
• Be prepared to undertake enhanced PVG and provide references
